ARRIVE Community Guidelines

Maintaining ARRIVE as a trusted, professional, and inclusive platform requires Clients and Performers to engage respectfully and ethically. ARRIVE connects Clients (those booking Performers for events) with Performers (those offering services) and ensures a smooth, reliable booking experience.
To protect the integrity of our platform and community, all users must follow these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in moderation, content removal, account suspension, termination, or other necessary actions. ARRIVE reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time.
If you believe a user has violated these guidelines or have any questions, please contact ARRIVE Support.
1. General Conduct Expectations
Clients Must:
- Respect Agreements: Honor the booking terms agreed upon with Performers, including payment, cancellation policies, and event details.
- Provide Accurate Event Information: Be honest about event details, including time, location, and expectations for the Performer.
- Ensure a Safe and Professional Environment: Provide a suitable performance environment and take necessary precautions to ensure the Performer’s well-being.
- Respect the Performer’s Work and Boundaries: Treat Performers with professionalism and courtesy, avoiding unreasonable demands or last-minute changes.
- Abide by All Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with venue, licensing, and local laws that apply to events.
Performers Must:
- Be Reliable and Professional: Commit to accepted bookings and be prepared for the event. Cancellations without valid reasons may impact future bookings.
- Deliver Services as Advertised: Maintain accuracy in profile descriptions, services, and performance quality.
- Respect Clients and Their Events: Follow event requirements and remain professional in all interactions.
- Comply with ARRIVE’s Service Agreement for Performers: Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and the code of conduct as outlined in Section 17 of the Service Agreement for Performers when listing services.
Everyone Must:
- Communicate Clearly and Honestly: Do not provide false or misleading information, create multiple accounts, or misrepresent affiliations.
- Use ARRIVE for Legitimate Transactions: All bookings, payments, and communications must be conducted through ARRIVE.
- Respect Privacy and Personal Information: Do not collect, misuse, or share private information such as phone numbers, addresses, or financial details.
- Use the Platform as Intended: The platform is strictly for listing and booking performance services.
- Be Responsive: Clients and Performers should promptly answer inquiries regarding bookings.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Discrimination & Harassment
ARRIVE strictly prohibits any form of discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics.
Threats, Violence, or Harmful Behavior
- Users must not harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
- Performers and Clients must not coerce or extort each other for discounts or positive reviews.
- Harmful, abusive, or violent behavior towards any ARRIVE user or staff is strictly prohibited.
Illegal or Unsafe Activities
- Users must never engage in illegal activities through ARRIVE, including fraud, assault, theft, or any form of exploitation.
- Events that involve illegal or unlicensed activities are not permitted.
- Weapons are prohibited at events unless they are:
- Prop Weapons: Clearly identified and used only for theatrical purposes.
- Licensed Armed Security: Must be disclosed at the time of booking and legally authorized.
Privacy Violations
- Personal data must not be shared or misused.
- No unauthorized recordings or surveillance.
Unfair Business Practices
- False reviews, extortion, or manipulating ratings is not allowed.
- Spam or unsolicited messaging is prohibited.
- All payments must be conducted through ARRIVE.
3. Respect for the Community & Events
Maintaining a Safe & Professional Environment
- Performers and Clients must ensure their events uphold a respectful and professional atmosphere.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior that affects others will not be tolerated.
Respect for Neighbors & Venues
- Users should be mindful of event noise levels and common areas.
- Clients must ensure booked events adhere to venue rules.
4. Reporting Violations & Enforcement
Reporting Issues
If you experience or witness a violation of these guidelines, report it to ARRIVE Support immediately support@arrivebooking.com
Enforcement Actions
- Warnings & Content Removal: If a minor violation occurs, ARRIVE may issue a warning or remove inappropriate content.
- Suspension or Account Termination: Severe or repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
- Legal Action & Law Enforcement: ARRIVE will report criminal activities, fraud, or threats to the proper authorities.
5. Final Notes
By using ARRIVE, Clients and Performers agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension, account termination, or other necessary enforcement measures.
